We have recently partnered with a leading, global FMCG brand with headquarters in London, to recruit a Reward Manager to lead their Compensation, Benefits and Payroll function.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role comes with huge amounts of autonomy from day one, and the genuine opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the Reward team as well as embed best practice and streamline process.

More specifically, as a Reward Manager, you will be responsible for;

Oversee the firms benefits offering, implementing platforms and programmes where appropriate
Maintain up to date with competitors and market trends to ensure the firm remains an employer of choice
Work closely with HR BP\'s and their business units to lead on compensation rounds, bonus reviews and promotion strategies
Manage the firms incentive schemes
Work closely with external providers in regards to benefits and job grading
Support with Payroll and oversee the administration
Work closely with the Head of HR on performance reviews, talent reviews and succession planning
