Revival Coordinator (administrator)

Job Description


Do you have great customer service experience and have a passion for helping people? We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone to coordinate our trusted teams. You\xe2\x80\x99ll do this by taking referrals for our services by phone and email, setting up cases and booking in appointments for colleagues.

Job requirements

  • Take referrals and dealing with email enquiries across all of our Revival services.
  • Answer phone calls on our internal system.
  • Add cases to our case manager system.
  • Be responsible for cases and adding appointments, costs and interventions where necessary.
  • Be the first point of contact for many of our referrers.
  • Support colleagues where necessary working with the \xe2\x80\x98one team\xe2\x80\x99 approach.
  • Send out customer satisfaction questionnaires and adding return to customer cases.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing daily post.
  • Engage with teams and services across the wider business as required
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for
  • Previous experience of customer service or admin ideally within a social care, housing, or maintenance setting where you\xe2\x80\x99re use to scheduling appointments.
  • A qualification in customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • Someone who is able to work with an internal case management system.
  • Great ICT skills to be able to use our internal customer communication platforms.
  • A great communicator.
  • Someone with great organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and think on the spot to problem solve.
  • Someone who is genuine, honest, and empathetic with life experience that allows you to show compassion instead of judgment to provide the very best support.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll need to be DBS checked.
