Job Description
To produce MEP Modelling in Revit. Ensuring all model work, including MEP systems and Revit families are coordinated.
2. Role Overview
Assisting with the development of complex, large scale MEP models.
3. Main Responsibilities
- Limited engineering design capability
- Good 3D coordination capability
- Some understanding of BIM and Revit requirement
- Daily model management administration and maintenance
- Taking responsibility for federating models and related files
- Working under the Digital Design Manager/Team Leader/Senior Digital Designer
- Ensuring design deliverables accuracy based on discipline Revit and CAD Modelling Standards
- Adhere to project and BIM processes
- Ensuring model is developed without clashes between MEP elements, or with structure and architecture
