We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Returns Supervisor to join our dynamic Distribution Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to play a key part in the operations of a dynamic bike company. You'll be responsible for a small team, processing returns, managing eBay listings, and ensuring smooth communication with suppliers and the DC.

Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members are essential for success in this role.

As Returns Supervisor, your role will be crucial in ensuring that customer eBay orders and Returns are processed efficiently, and the team is supported in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with suppliers and multiple internal teams, including DC, Development and Finance, making your contribution essential to the success of the business.
