Returns and Claims Specialist - Upholstery

Job description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Upholstery Returns & Claims Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to reduce upholstery product returns by leveraging data analysis, fostering supplier collaboration, providing technical support and implementing process improvements. Your work will directly enhance product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key duties of the role will include:



Responsible for reducing Upholstery returns and sharing KPI's and targets with the business. Work closely with Returns Analyst to improve Upholstery returns data and trend analysis with a particular focus on Damage and Not Suitable returns. Improving cost recovery processes for upholstery returns and cancellations. Support in developing and introducing Upholstery technical files and specifications.

Skills and experience we're looking for - essential:



Demonstrable experience working with MS Word, Excel and Outlook Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a passion for high standards

Whilst not essential it would be great if you had:



Some previous experience in the Upholstery industry Full UK Driving licence

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday. You will be expected to attend our Norwich Head Office a minimum of 2 days each week.
