We have a great opportunity to join our Property Services team in Hampshire, starting out in an administrator position there is a path for progression into a Retrofit Surveyor role.

Package
\xc2\xa326,000 for full time 37 hours working week.
Package includes good pension benefit, flexitime around core hours, and generous holiday allowances.

Role
This is an exciting role for someone with strong admin, organisational and communication skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to apply their skills in a rewarding role to help deliver positive action against the climate emergency. Some outline knowledge of building energy efficiency would be an advantage but not a necessity - you\'ll be joining a friendly team who will be on hand to guide you.
Reporting to the Energy Manager, we are looking for programme support for projects delivered within the Energy Systems & Investment team.
The postholder will support the smooth running and delivery of the council\'s domestic retrofit programmes.

Candidates will ideally have: -
\xc2\xb7Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
\xc2\xb7An interest in the Building Surveying Industry
