Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring clarity and understanding in all interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry in the company's systems.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback on customer concerns to help improve products and services.

Strong phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications.
Proficiency in English is essential.
