About The Role?

We have an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Retention Marketing Consultant - B2C with a strong focus on Email Marketing to join our Brand and Communication Team in Bristol on a permanent basis. This role follows a flexible hybrid working model with three days working from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office. you will support the achievement of business targets by delivering compelling and effective marketing plans and campaigns across the product range.

What You\'ll Do?

• Manage day-to-day retention/CRM campaigns including Email Marketing (EM) Direct Mail (DM) SMS Web Contact Centre and other channels.
• Oversee the end-to-end process including briefing and managing campaign deliverables and budgets.
• Liaise with all stakeholders provide clear progress reporting on projects and manage the approval process.
• Ensure all customer communications and documentation are clear fair and compliant with ASA guidance and FCA rules and guidance.
• Evaluate campaigns review them against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for future activities in collaboration with the internal partner team.

What You\'ll Need?

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of solid marketing experience including experience with online and offline communications such as email direct mail SMS web app content SEO and PR. Additionally the following qualifications are required:

• Marketing background preferably gained in a fast-paced consumer business.
• Experience in end-to-end campaign management and communications.
• Proficiency in email marketing including A/B testing and briefing data selections.
• Excellent listening communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a regulated environment is preferred but not essential.
