Supervisors play a vital part in the day to day running of a Food Outlet and support the Store Manager in completing daily tasks whilst helping to maintain excellent standards and creating sales opportunities all the while keeping The 4 Golden Steps of Customer Service at the forefront of their role. In this role, we will give you the training to become a Designated Supervisor so you can have the opportunity to key hold and cover the Supervisor role when required. This is a step for your future.
Principal Accountabilities
High standards of merchandising to promote up-selling
Rota and break planning
Designating staff to cover all areas of shop floor during day specifically with breaks
Ensuring delivery is effectively put onto shelves and merchandised within specific time windows
Support Store Manager in achieving KPIs
Stock replenishment and date rotation
Ordering and booking in of all stock
Till reconciliation and cash management
Key holding
Bin locating stock and stock taking
Ensure that all Health & Safety plus Food Safety regulations are being met
Stepping up to cover Store Manager role and leading team as and when required
Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills
Essential Skills
Cash handling and proficient on tills
Be able to effectively coach and support others
People development skills
IT proficient with basic mathematics knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work in a face paced environment
