About the role




As part of a team of three Retail Store Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail stores across the Museum, with a specific focus on seasonal launches and temporary exhibition shops, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met and exceeded as well as driving a world class customer experience from your team.

We are looking for a positive role model with proven retail management experience who is determined to succeed commercially and committed to developing and leading a team within a customer service-oriented culture. To be successful in the role, you will have outstanding leadership and communication skills to get the best from your team and thrive in fast paced and high footfall environments.
