Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, employing effective phone etiquette. Maintain an organised store environment, ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-stocked. Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies that drive sales growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles, demonstrating strong sales management skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities that inspire team motivation and commitment to achieving goals. Proficiency in administrative tasks related to retail operations, including reporting and scheduling. A customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive shopping experience.
