Role Description
We are looking for a strong result-driven retail Sales Executive. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales targets and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
The right candidate will be a great leader, assertive, confident but approachable. Can show evidence of strong planning and organisational skills, as well as good personnel management with strong forward planning and implantation of new processes. All whilst leading by example, with a hands-on attitude.
Key Accountabilities
Develop business strategies to raise brand awareness, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Propose innovative ideas to increase sales & customer experience.
Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 years retail experience.
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Customer management skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Team-player mentality
Can work well under pressure & in a fast paste environment
Passion for fragrances.
Fluent in English
