Job Description
The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused
Retail Assistant
to join our friendly team. You'll be the face of our store, helping customers find the perfect pieces for their home or lifestyle while ensuring the shop floor looks inviting and inspiring.Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Offer expert product knowledge on interior styling and fashion Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system Handle returns and exchanges professionally and efficiently Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Support with stock takes, deliveries, and general store duties as needed
About You:
Passionate about interiors, fashion, and retail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not essential) Flexible and reliable
