Retail Sales Associate
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Keep the sales floor clean, organised, and stocked with merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Keep track of stock levels and order new stock when needed
Qualifications:
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of vaping equipment and sales is a plus
- Ability to work well alone
Expected working days are Sunday to Wednesday, plus a day in our Caernarfon store.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
