We currently have opportunities for a
Part Time Retail Assistant (3 days. 21 hours plus overtime).
The retail sales assistant role involves working with our small team doing a wide range of jobs including serving customers, putting out stock deliveries, working our busy post office, helping with baking fresh bread and keeping the store clean and welcoming at all times.
We are looking for someone who excels in working with the public, can manage their time and multitask well and can maintain the excellent local reputation of our store as we continue to grow.
Candidates must be over 18. Due to the shift pattern and opening hours, this job role is unsuitable for those attending college or university.
Own transportation is needed if not from the local area due to public transport not operating early mornings.
All successful applicants will be provided with full training including Post Office.
No previous experience necessary.
Shift pattern: A mix of mornings (6:30-2) and evenings (2-9:15) throughout the week, including 1 weekend shift. Overtime shifts to cover staff holidays also available. Flexibility will be required.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 21 - 28 per week
