About the Role:
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be the face of SKNFED, delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. You will be responsible for
actively driving sales, upselling products
, and achieving sales targets, while building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong focus on
closing sales
Proactively drive sales and achieve individual targets
Confidently upsell and cross-sell
across the product range
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
Open and close the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately
Proactively maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Work collaboratively and support your team
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2 years' proven experience in sales-focused retail roles
Strong ability to
upsell, cross-sell, and close sales
Target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding goals
Talkative, confident, and able to start conversations easily with customers
Positive attitude, flexibility, and resilience in a busy environment
Flexibility to work across early mornings, daytime, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Open and close the till, handle cash and card transactions accurately

5 years of checkable UK employment history

Working Hours:
The store operates between
03:30 and 20:30
