Your main responsibility will be to lead your retail team and oversee the day to day running of your retail area. You will successfully work towards targets to ensure you deliver a profitable operation within your resort.


Other key roles and responsibilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to offer exceptional guest service. Keeping the spa in line and up to date with current trends and seasons Deal with customer bookings, enquires and complaints as and when they occur Effectively managing and motivating a team to increase sales with a 'think outside box' attitude Stock control and replenishment and monthly stock taking Organising spa events and promotions Initiating changes to improve business revenue Overseeing the pricing and sales Making sure rotas are completed on the Fourth People System ensuring adequate staff numbers to meet the demands of the business to deliver expected service standards in the retail department.
