Job Description
RETAIL ASSISTANT ROLE
Fully Flexible Evenings and weekends
VARIOUS SHIFTS - MON-SUN HOURS BETWEEN 6AM TO 11PM
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Shop Assistant at our MACE Toomebridge Store to ensure the smooth running of in-store retail operations. Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Actively live our store values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based.
Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.
Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience.
Assisting customers in locating desired shop items.
Merchandise shelves, ensuring that all areas of the store are presented to the highest standard.
Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines.
Performing end-of-day cleaning duties.
Essential Skills:
Have excellent customer service skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a Team
Desirable Skills:
GCSE Math's and English (or equivalent) is preferred.
Retail sales experience (desirable, not essential as full training will be given).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
