Job description

We are looking for a part-time Retail Assistant to work in our store located in Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, Norwich.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

*Delivering a high level of customer service at all times

*Providing a fitting room service for customers

*Processing transactions through the till system

*Replenishing of stock and cleaning

The ideal candidate will have:

*Previous retail experience

*Excellent communication skills

*The ability to show professional customer service skills/experience

*The ability to be comfortable with lone working

*Flexibility is required to cover staff holidays and sickness and weekends.

Working hours - 10 to 13 hours per week, plus Saturday work on a rotational basis of 1 in 3.
