We're looking for an exceptional Retail Guides to shape and grow a brilliant team. You'll build trust in our brilliant brand to bring to life a personal, simple and brilliant customer experience in every conversation.

What you'll do:




Find every opportunity to boost your store's success with sensational customer service Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs Help people choose the right products and show them how to make their digital life better Keep up to date with all our products, services and promotions, and those of competitors Take pride in the appearance of the store, keeping it clean and tidy at all times
