As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in the day-to-day running of Loft 56, supporting the management team in ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on role in a busy restaurant environment, requiring flexibility, leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the front-of-house team during service. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of shifts on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends. Maintain high standards of customer service at all times. Assist with staff training, mentoring, and motivation. Manage customer enquiries and resolve any complaints professionally. Oversee health, safety, and hygiene compliance in line with company and legal standards. Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management as needed. Collaborate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations. Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. A passion for food, service, and creating memorable dining experiences. Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rota basis. A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (training can be provided).
