Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day to day running of the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess excellent leadership and culinary skills. Hours of work Wednesday to Saturday - every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday off.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years experience in a supervisory hospitality role
- Strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, and kitchen operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
