Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standard. Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies. Train new employees on kitchen procedures, safety protocols, and best practices. Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or customers promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong culinary skills with a background in cooking and food production. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen. Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others succeed within the team.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

12 hour shift 8 hour shift Every weekend Monday to Friday
