Cutler Lobster & Steaks serves fresh seafood and shellfish along with the finest cuts of beef and is located in Giffnock. Luciano\'s is a traditional Italian restaurant in Burnside offering traditional Italian dishes and authentic Italian style pizza and outstanding wine. The newest addition to our portfolio is Giovanni\'s Italian Kitchen in Hamilton. Are you a passionate and experienced individual with a flair for hospitality and leadership? Do you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor at Mr MacGregor\'s, Netherlee. Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of all front-of-house activities. - Welcome and seat guests, taking reservations and managing Resdiary efficiently. - Ensure that guests\' needs are met promptly and courteously, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to maintain consistent food quality and presentation. - Assist in training new employees on service procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction. - Monitor inventory levels of stock and supplies, and advise management if levels are low. - Uphold health and safety standards, including proper food handling and cleanliness of the restaurant. - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of daily sales and receipts. - Collaborate with management to create and implement promotions or special events to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. Requirements: - Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role or similar capacity is preferred. - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
