We're looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as restaurant supervisor with proven experience in managing a small team of waiters and interact with kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be able to understand the importance of planning shifts, understand strengths and weakness of the current staff, monitor stock and place orders when needed. The successful candidate will also be required to work directly with our kitchen team to monitor trends and market research so we can develop seasonal menus that are consistent with current food trends.
Responsibilities:
Be able to work in a bar as well as serve customers.
Be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Be able to communicate in a professional manner to other staff.
Be able to check customer's order information before they arrive at the restaurant.
Be able to work as team member.
Be able to open and close the restaurant.
Be able to understand the functioning of a day to day restaurant from making sure the restaurant is always tidy, clean, presentable, welcoming and ready to function during working hours
be able to direct staff to complete tasks for the correct running of the restaurant.
