ROLE: Restaurant Supervisor- Branded Steakhouse
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: Between \xc2\xa327 - 29,000 per year plus tips
A very hands-on Restaurant Supervisor is required to play a key role in a branded high quality Steakhouse operation within a 4-star hotel in the Birmingham area.
Looking for an accomplished, strong leader who has a stable and very strong branded Restaurant supervisory background to be able to focus on service delivery, staff development, training and profit conversion.
Get in touch if you are a Restaurant Supervisor who has worked for the past 2 years within a branded quality High Street Restaurant or hotel branded restaurant who are a strong F&B operator and understands what needs to be done to achieve results.
KEY SKILLS :
- A big personality who has incredibly good "people skills",
- A passion for good food, who is excellent with the guests yet can still lead a shift .
- An individual who is a dynamic leader, confident, ambitious, who has flair and can develop the team to the next level. Someone who believes that eating and drinking-out is about an experience.
- Have the gravitas to lead, motivate & develop a small team.
