Join our vibrant team at a well-established restaurant as a Restaurant Supervisor and play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and support our Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to providing top-notch service in a bustling restaurant setting. Your passion for the customer service and strong leadership skills will drive the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Supervise front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Handle inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management
- Knowledge of food safety, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in supervising and motivating staff members
- Experience both bar terminology and restaurant service
