Day to day running of the restaurant, waiting staff management, insuring everywhere is clean and tidy and ready for service, overseeing service, updating social media, liaising with the kitchen, staff rotas & training where required, customer liaison, stock control, taking bookings, enquiries and table orders when required. Would suit a competent, enthusiastic, well presented, sensible, team player with leadership qualities, a bubbly personality and preferably with experience in hospitality and even marketing.
