We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and team management, ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional service and maintains high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment for staff while providing an outstanding dining experience for guests.

Duties



Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and presentation, maintaining high culinary standards. Train, mentor, and supervise front-of-house teams to promote teamwork and excellent service. Implement food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for kitchen inventory management. Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special promotions. Conduct regular performance reviews of staff, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant sector. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively. Experience in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Familiarity with bartending operations is advantageous but not essential. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
