Join us at BELLY - a small, intimate 34-cover wood-fired bistro with heart. From the creators of the Maginhawa Group, BELLY is a new neighborhood dining spot rooted in honest cooking, big flavours, and a curated selection of natural wines.
We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house and help shape the guest experience from the ground up. You'll be working closely with the founders and Head Chef to bring our vision to life.
What we're offering:
38,000-40,000 per year (based on experience)
45 hours a week, over 5 days

What we're looking for:
Someone with experience running intimate, high-quality restaurant operations
Strong wine knowledge, ideally with a love for low-intervention/natural wines
A genuine passion for hospitality, with a focus on warmth and connection
Excellent leadership and organisational skills
Ability to build and inspire a small team
