What Will You Be Doing?
As our
Restaurant Manager
, you will:
Lead the daily operations of our restaurant with precision, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee a dedicated team of front-of-house staff, providing regular feedback, coaching, and development.
Ensure top-tier customer service, addressing concerns with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
Manage guest reservations, special requests, and guest feedback to create personalized dining experiences.
Take charge of staffing schedules to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all restaurant areas.
Cultivate a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
