We're on the lookout for a

warm, welcoming, and driven Restaurant Manager

to help lead our exceptional front-of-house team.

About the Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll:

Take ownership of the guest experience, ensuring outstanding service every time Inspire, coach, and develop a passionate team Deliver operational excellence across all areas of service Collaborate closely with the owner to bring fresh ideas and creativity Be a keyholder and take pride in daily operations

Who We're Looking For

You are:

A proven leader with experience in a similar role A people person with a flair for hospitality Calm under pressure and analytical in approach Commercially aware with solid understanding of P&L A confident communicator who can build rapport instantly Passionate about high standards and keen to grow yourself and others
