Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. Upsell menu items effectively to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and satisfaction. Support team members in various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for providing exceptional guest services. Experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous, particularly in food preparation and culinary tasks. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices to ensure compliance within the kitchen. Ability to upsell menu items confidently, enhancing customer satisfaction while contributing to sales goals. A team-oriented mindset with the ability to help colleagues when required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
