50,000 - 65,000 per year (including performance bonus)

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Responsible Individual

to lead and oversee multiple children's residential homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in a child-focused organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality care.

You'll provide guidance and strategic oversight to Registered Managers, ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and help shape positive outcomes for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and compliance of multiple children's homes Support and lead Registered Managers to deliver high standards of care Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented effectively Prepare for and manage Ofsted inspections Drive quality improvement and maintain outstanding practice across services Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resources efficiently Build strong relationships with local authorities and regulatory bodies Support staff development and performance
Requirements:

3+ years' experience in a senior leadership role within children's residential care NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards) Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and Quality Standards Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Full UK Driving Licence (required)
