The Resourcing Coordinator role is an ideal job if you're looking to develop your career within Talent Acquisition. As a Resourcing Coordinator, your responsibilities will range from all aspects of administrative support and data collation, communicating with both candidates and hiring managers in order to ensure a good candidate experience and ensuring we are compliant with the Civil Service Recruitment Principles.



You will have experience working within an administrator/coordinator role within a fast-paced recruitment team, ideally within a regulated environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to build effective working relationships, and a proactive work ethic. A great eye for detail and organisational skills are essential, you will possess enhanced IT skills including Microsoft packages such as Excel and SharePoint and an awareness of all aspects of legal compliance when dealing with confidential resourcing data. Job description



Key Responsibilities



Recruitment co-ordination and administration. Prepare candidate packs prior to advertisement. Upload vacancies and candidate packs to ATS. Ensure recruiting managers are sent recruitment packs and applications swiftly after advertisement closing date. Consult with managers and ensure proactive planning of diaries to meet sift and interview deadlines. Manage candidate contact and correspondence in a timely and accurate manner during all stages of recruitment process. Ensure all recruitment files are compliant with the Civil Service Recruitment Code and policy/legal requirements and stored appropriately, maintaining accurate recruitment process documentation. Liaise with HR People Centre colleagues to ensure timely on boarding of successful candidates i.e. liaising with transactional colleagues regarding security checks. Support continuous improvement in process execution, identifying and implementing changes as required. Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition-related projects. Support Talent Acquisition team as required.

Key Outputs and Deliverables



Support managers who are following recruitment guidelines and procedures and enabling a fair recruitment process within the sift and interview process. High quality candidate packs to attract appropriate applicants for vacancies. Timely candidate responses. Accurately maintain recruitment administrative systems. Ensure recruitment processes and documentation are compliant with the Civil Service Recruitment Principles. Proactive and able to work with minimum supervision. ###

Person specification



Essential Criteria



Significant recruitment coordination experience of working in a high-volume recruitment environment using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage campaigns. (

LEAD)

Highly proficient with the MS Office suite, ideally including SharePoint. Proven ability to prioritise conflicting priorities and respond appropriately with a strong attention to detail. Good understanding of the importance of legal compliance when managing and storing personal data.

Experience of working in the Civil Service or highly regulated environment. ###
