A new collection of uniquely crafted pubs that respect the history and heritage of both the pub and its surroundings, but presented it in a compelling, contemporary way. Our dedicated teams craft irresistible food & drink in an enticing, relaxed local pub setting. Celebrating unique pubs and people with character, charm, and quirk. We aim to be at 45 pubs by 2026 and this will be no mean feat.

The Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for all new-site openings recruitment and project timelines as well as curating, driving, and embedding on-brand attraction campaigns, whilst acting as an ambassador for Crafted Pubs both internally, externally and through social media to raise the brands profile as an employer of choice. This will also be achieved by engaging with and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey to provide a best-in-class service.

Your role as Resourcing Coordinator

• Develop and coach hiring managers, including pub management teams and operations teams, on their recruitment toolkit, best practice as well as coaching around personality and behavioural led recruitment methodologies.
• Providing complete resourcing expertise and support to our operations team in a professional and commercial way, whilst always driving the culture, vision and values of Greene king through a divisional identity lens.
• Always on top of market trends, competitor insight to constantly improve the Crafted resourcing proposition, whilst working with the Senior Resourcing Partner to share insight and pull on for support.
• Responsible for delivering on recruitment commitments with a focus on raising the profile of the Crafted brand/division internally and externally.
• Execution of attraction strategy including creating and activating attraction materials and campaigns
