You'll implement sourcing strategies that identify candidates from diverse candidate pools and pipeline talent for future roles and you'll provide regular data insights and information on the effectiveness of attraction and sourcing activity and identify areas for improvement. Lastly you will also conducting research on industry trends, recruitment market activity and candidate availability, helping to inform future sourcing strategies and campaigns.About the role (External)
