Job Description


We\'re recruiting a 12-month Resourcing Advisor role, offering a salary of up to \xc2\xa335,000 and hybrid working.

As a Resourcing Advisor, your role will include (though is not limited to):

  • Collaborating with the HR team to provide timely and cost-effective resource management solutions to client teams.
  • Partnering with recruiting managers to identify and authorise vacancies, overseeing sourcing and selection processes.
  • Liaising with HR Shared Services to manage staff changes and provide essential management information.
  • Supporting the recruitment and development of Apprentices and assisting new joiners with their onboarding.
  • Managing exit processes and conducting exit interviews when required.
  • Handling secondment requests and supporting the Graduate team as needed.
Immediate start 12 month contract|Salary up to \xc2\xa335,000 and hybrid working available
  • Previous experience in a similar Resourcing or HR role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work autonomously and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage complex tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Excel.
