You may currently be working as a
Customer Service Advisor, Resident Coordinator or Host, Community Associate, Resident Services Advisor, Front of House/ Reception Team Leader/Supervisor or in a similar customer services role

Outline duties:
Creating and nurturing an incredible environment for residents.
Building strong relationships with your team, residents and creating a true sense of community.
Managing social media channels for the building.
Supporting sales & marketing - conducting site tours, handling leasing & renewals, and promoting memberships.
Overseeing building administration - including tenancy & lease documentation.
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors.
Organising events to enhance resident engagement.

Experience in a customer-facing role
- hospitality, PBSA, BTR, CoLiving, coworking, or similar industries are all transferable.
