NonStop Care is currently working with a leading charity for children and young people in order to help them recruit for a Residential Children\xe2\x80\x99s Support Worker role in the North and West London areas, working either the day or night shift. It is a renowned children\xe2\x80\x99s and youth\xe2\x80\x99s charity with a proud tradition of offering fostering, children\xe2\x80\x99s homes, and a variety of cutting-edge leaving care services throughout the UK and Isle of Man.
The role is a permanent position, with lots of opportunities for progression to Team Leader, Deputy Manager and Manager with their comprehensive in-house training.
Responsibilities:
As an experienced children\xe2\x80\x99s support worker, you will offer direct assistance and care to young people between the ages of 12 and 17. You will create a direct program of work targeted at developing life skills, a restorative learning approach to behavior, and managing their own safety in the community while working within a therapeutic framework.

Level3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or an equivalent degree is preferred (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce with a pathway in children\xe2\x80\x99s social care).
A minimum of one year\xe2\x80\x99s professional experience assisting young people in realizing their full potential is required.
