Protocol are working with a successful college in Hertfordshire with campuses in St Albans and Welwyn Garden City, to recruit for a hourly paid Residential Warden for their St Albans campus.

The college has over 300 courses across all levels to ensure students leave college career ready. With full time courses and apprenticeships for school leavers to HND\xe2\x80\x99s and foundation degrees for adult learners and everything in-between; paired with industry standard, state-of-the-art facilities and highly experienced staff, the college ensures students are prepared for the future.

• We are looking for a Residential Warden to work at the St Albans campus.
• Regular/Bank opportunities to cover evening and/or overnight shifts including weekends.
• A sleep in role involves the management of student behaviour and welfare support whilst sleeping at the facility.
• Staff have en suite rooms and work in pairs overnight and are expected to deal with issues as and when they arise.
• Evening meals and breakfast also available.
• The Key aspect of evening work involves the management of student evening meal, supporting student activities, completing night checks.
• Need flexible staff for maternity cover as well as Ad Hoc staff sickness

You will need a enhanced DBS on the update service.

Up to \xc2\xa313.37 plus holiday pay
