About the Role
------------------
As a
Residential Support Worker
, you'll play a vital role in transforming lives. You'll:
Deliver consistent, one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 5-17
Support children in daily routines, education, and social activities -- from appointments to UK trips and holidays abroad
Be a positive role model, providing stability, safety, and emotional support
Help create a nurturing environment where children feel heard and valued
Maintain accurate records in line with care plans
Work collaboratively with a close-knit team and an experienced manager
Be resilient through the highs and lows -- and always ready to put the child first
What We're Looking For

?? A full UK driving licence
?? Passion, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose
?? Commitment to building a career in therapeutic care -- with support to gain your Level 3 and onto your Level 5 Diploma and progress into management
