Newcross Healthcare is seeking dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team in Derby. This Residential Support Worker position pays up to \xc2\xa315.72 per hour. If you have at least 2 years of experience in working alongside young people and ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (not essential), we want to hear from you!

Residential Support Worker requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years\' experience working alongside young people
• Ideally holding a NVQ Level 3 Diploma om Residential Childcare but not essential
• The right to work in the UK
• Relevant qualifications and certifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
