We have an opportunity for Residential Support Workers to join our team in our semi-rural children's homes in Abergavenny, supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders.

To be a successful Residential Support Worker, you'll need:
Experience working in care is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
Compassion and empathy.
Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
Excellent communication skills.
Due to the requirements of the role the minimum age requirement for the role is 22 years of age.
Full UK manual driving license (essential).
