Experienced sales negotiator required to work within the sales team at our central West Bridgford branch. We are a family business that is passionate about customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Deal with enquiries
Book & follow up valuations
Book & follow up viewings
Receive, report, negotiate offers
Prospecting of vendor/ purchaser leads
Instruct solicitors
Assist in sales progression
Carry out viewings as required (rare)
Attend daily direction meeting
Deal with customer enquiries effectively
Ensure focus on own development
Escalate complaints as required
Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations
Attention to all H&S issues, including hazard and accident reporting
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Holidays - 20 days plus birthday, increasing by one day with year of service to 25. Christmas and New Year break.
