Residential Sales and Listings Manager/Senior Negotiator.
We are currently for a proactive and driven residential sales professional who is hungry for a fresh opportunity to join and grow a very unique business established for 218 unbroken years, in a well rewarded environment.
You will drive forward the promotion of the company so market appraisal opportunities increase, followed by a good conversion to listings, and subsequent sales. You will also manage the team, negotiate and agree new sales, and progress sales to exchange. It's a busy job!
The role is based in a busy environment where we all pull together in a small team. We are market leaders within our field and have enjoyed a good reputation for over 218 years, providing great service and advice.
Previous experience and a proved sales record is essential. Ideally the candidate is a member with/qualitied by NAEA, Propertymark, ARLA, ISVA or RICS.
(Please note, we expect governments proposed "ROPA" measures to into force in the coming years for Estate Agents. The successful candidate will then be required to study and progress through the qualifications required for this role. This might require home study)
For the right candidate, with a proven sales record and demonstrated business growth, a higher salary and package is available.
General
The hours of work 8.45am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturdays 9.00am 4:00pm with a day off in Lieu. Other hours may be worked as the workflow or Directors require.
