Residential Lettings Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Residential Lettings Manager to join a friendly team in the Tiverton area covering Mid Devon and Exmoor.
This exciting opportunity will involve all elements of Residential Lettings, overseeing the daily running of the team, as well as actively working to grow a portfolio.
You will have the opportunity to deal with a diverse range of property with the ideal candidate being proactive, well-organised, computer-literate and able to work on their own initiative. Lettings experience is essential with continued day-to-day support as required and training provided.
The chosen candidate will be happy being involved in inventories, property visits, deposit returns as well as valuations, take on\xe2\x80\x99s and negotiation. The business does not outsource anything so the role will see a mix of everything.
The role is being offered on a full time permanent basis. Mon to Fri 08:45-5:30pm. Some Saturday work will be required; candidate\'s own car is essential. Parking provided.
