Remit

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client and an established, small family run care provider to recruit for a Registered Manager for one of their medium sized homes situated in the Leicester area. The home provides residential care for elderly and dementia service users. The service requires an experienced home manager that can demonstrate that they are a strong leader to provide leadership with the team. As the manager in this home you will be required to focus on providing a high quality of person-centred care in line with the CQC regulations, supporting and developing the team you\'re leading & ensuring a sound financial performance.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a residential home and be able to lead and inspire a team. In addition to previous home management experience in a residential home, my client is looking for someone that comes with strong CQC knowledge and good leadership skills, as well as a passion for dementia care.

Requirements

• Home Manager Experience \xe2\x80\x93 Elderly and Dementia.
• Proven track record of Good CQC reports.
• Genuine passion for elderly care.
• Financial/commercial awareness and understanding
• Experience of networking along with marketing a home to the private sector.
• NVQ Level 5 qualified.

Location

This role is based in the Leicesterarea and is commutable from Nuneaton, Loughborough, Nottingham, Hinckley, Grantham, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas.

Summary

My client is seeking a proven Home Manager who is currently running a successful Residential Home for the elderly, the right candidate will need to be able to lead and inspire a team and develop the service further. In exchange my client is offering a salary up to \xc2\xa345,000pa.
