is working on behalf of an ambitious law firm looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team and seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them Petersfield. They are searching for a motivated individual with 2+ years PQE, experienced in property transactions, who can manage and grow an existing caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
Conducting title checks, searches, and ensuring compliance with Land Registry requirements.
Advising clients on the legal aspects of buying and selling residential properties.
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Managing completions and post-completion formalities such as SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
What They Offer:
Competitive salary range: 45,000 - 55,000
Full-time, permanent role
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 2 years PQE) with solid experience in Residential Conveyancing matters.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to independently manage a busy caseload.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
A proactive, business-minded approach to marketing and developing new client relationships.
Previous experience using case management systems.
