Overview

Following acquisition of this firm in late 2024 and successfully establishing our Solihull branch, we are excited to launch our London branch and require a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team.

Duties

Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets. To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision. Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.
The successful candidate should have the following:

Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE Have significant experience of managing your own caseload. Have exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice. Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system. Understanding the importance of communicating with clients, solicitors, and introducers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
